1- NEMT Call Center (NEMTCC): Can I please speak to the owner, or General Manager please?

Client (C) – What is this regarding? Go to #2
Client (C) – This is the owner/GM. Go to #3

2 – NEMTCC – We have a ton of runs in the area and are looking to sign up new providers in the area to handle that kind of volume.

C – We are not interested – Thank them for their time, and ask for the owner’s name to take him/her off of the list. Then note the name, and next time you call, ask for the owner by name
C – Let me get them for you – Go to #3

3 – NEMTCC – This is calling from NEMT Solutions, and we have hundreds of runs in your area on a monthly basis. We want to find out if your company is staffed and equipped to handle that kind of volume if we can get you signed up on our platform?

C – Yes we are – Go to #4 (Sign up a new vendor)
C – No we are not – Go to #5

4 – NEMTCC – Great, which other NEMT brokers are you currently signed up with? (Make notes in pipeline) Outstanding, and how many ambulatory units do you currently have? Wheel chair vehicles? Gurney vehicles? Awesome, and if you needed more inventory to accommodate tons more business, how would you go about getting them?

C – I would just go and buy them – Go to #5
C – I don’t know – Go to #5
C – I wouldn’t want to go and get more vehicles – Go to #5

5 – NEMTCC – That’s no problem, we have formed an alliance with a leasing company that provides as many vehicles as our providers need to fulfill all the trips they want. This lease includes all maintenance, repairs, and you never can have negative equity no matter how many miles you drive the vehicle. Under those terms most of our providers are requesting 5 or 6 units. Would you take that many, or more? . Great, I will have one of the leasing agents reach out to you with particulars. What is your cell phone number? How do you spell your name? What is the best time to call you, mornings, afternoons, or evenings? Would you also be the same person I email our packet to to get you signed up as a provider?

C – Yes – Go to #6
C – No – Go to #7

6 – NEMTCC – Great, I will be getting that package to you shortly, have a great day, and thank you for your time.
